The combination of Amaro Camatti, a Genoese liqueur produced by the Cinque Terre Distillery, and Gin Ginuensis, a distillate of pure Superbo spirit, creates a burst of freshness, the most Genoese cocktail in history that, par excellence, lifts your spirits: the Camallo.

The Century by Camatti
How it was born
The cocktail takes its name from an ancient Genoese coin, a tribute to local tradition. El Siglo by Camatti is a cocktail accessible to everyone and proves that even bitters are suitable ingredients for mixology! A mix of simple ingredients was deliberately chosen to make the recipe accessible and replicable, thus allowing for easy export of traditional flavors.
20 ml dark rum
40 ml camatti
30 ml lime juice
20 ml Almond milk syrup
3 drops of rhubarb liqueur
preparation
Mix the ingredients with ice, top with rhubarb extract and serve in an elegant Nick & Nora.

Old Camatti
How it was born
A revisited classic: an Old Fashioned with Amaro Camatti, featuring a unique aesthetic that evokes the foam of sea waves. Although the process isn't the simplest, the Old Camatti was born from the desire to reinterpret one of the sacred monsters of mixology in a uniquely Ligurian way.
40 ml Camatti
20 ml Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 sugar cube
1 dash Angostura Bitter
1 splash of soda
Sea Air Flavored with Ligurian Herbs
preparation
Mix the ingredients directly in the low tumbler in which the cocktail will be served. For the spectacular topping, create a foam made from soy lecithin and sugar. Garnish: aromatic herb leaves, a dried orange slice, and a maraschino cherry.

The sea hook
How it was born
Boxing and the sea are two constants in my life. Il Ganco del Mare is a true blend of grit and energy and owes its name to the context for which it was created: a cocktail in the true Camatti spirit, ideal for athletes and very Ligurian. Aquafaba for proteins, Camatti as a tonic, and honey mix for vitamins.

30 ml Fresh lemon juice
15 ml honey
15 ml sailor's soup
preparation
Shake all ingredients with ice and serve on the rocks in a low tumbler. Garnish: orange slice and basil leaves.

Camatti grog
How it was born
This cocktail, inspired by the tiki mixing style of the 1930s, aims to represent the link between the flavors of typical Ligurian tradition and the exotic taste provided by the other ingredients, a balanced mix of sweet, sour and spicy flavors.
30 ml Jamaican dark rum
30 ml Puerto Rican light rum
30 ml Camatti
15 ml Ginger Honey Syrup
15 ml Lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura
preparation
Shake the ingredients directly in the low tumbler in which the cocktail will be served on the rocks. Garnish: lemon zest and decorate the glass with a banana leaf.

Pilla-Matti Spritz
How it was born
This 100% Italian cocktail is a veritable explosion of freshness, easily replicated and particularly suited to the summer season. Its name is inspired by two elements that unmistakably characterize it: "Pilla," after the brothers who invented Bitter Select, and "Matti," naturally from Camatti.
100 ml Prosecco brut
40 ml Bitter select
20 ml Ginger Honey Mix
15 ml camatti
2 drops Green cardamom tincture
Mandarin and bergamot soda
preparation
The cocktail is prepared directly in the glass in which it will be served: pour the Prosecco brut, add the Bitter Select, and the honey mix. Finish with two drops of cardamom flavoring. Then add the Amaro Camatti and top with mandarin and bergamot-flavored soda water. Garnish with rosemary and an orange slice. Serve over ice.

GLOBETROTTER
25 ml Camatti
20 ml Rye Whiskey
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15 ml Mastiha Roots
preparation
Chill the shaker by filling it thoroughly with ice cubes and draining the excess water. Pour all the ingredients into the shaker and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass, if possible, or serve in a low tumbler over ice if desired. Garnish: Lemon zest.

THE PRANKMAN
30 ml camatti
20 ml vodka
15 ml sugar syrup
10 ml Fresh Lime Juice
10 ml Passion fruit puree
preparation
Chill a shaker by filling it thoroughly with ice cubes and draining the excess water. Pour all the ingredients into the shaker and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass, if possible, or serve in a lowball glass over ice. Garnish: dried lime.

ALPS SYRUP
40 ml Camatti
10 ml Alpicella
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 barspoons Spiced Apple Syrup
preparation
Chill the tumbler thoroughly, making sure to drain any excess water. Pour in all the ingredients, mixing thoroughly, and then gradually add crushed ice (not crushed ice) until the mug is completely filled. Garnish: Mint sprig, green apple slices, raspberry, and dried orange.

AN INSOLENT TORINESE
20 ml camatti
35 ml Antica Torino Red Vermouth
5 ml China Clementi
10 ml Arquebuse Bernard
10 ml San Gallo honey grappa
preparation
Cool the mixing glass thoroughly and drain the excess water. Pour all the ingredients into it and stir gently until cool and well combined. Strain into a low tumbler glass filled with plenty of ice or a large ice cube. Garnish: Lemon peel.

THE MAD SHAKED UP
60 ml Camatti
3/4 drops vanilla liqueur
2 lemon peels
preparation
Chill a shaker by filling it thoroughly with ice cubes and draining the excess water. Pour all the ingredients into the shaker and shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds! Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass, if possible, or serve in a lowball glass over ice. Garnish: Lemon peel.

MAD MULE
60 ml camatti
15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
75 ml Ginger Beer pref. Scortese
preparation
Chill the tumbler thoroughly and fill it with dry ice. Pour all the ingredients into the tumbler and stir gently, making sure everything is well combined. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
