At Amaro Camatti we do our best to keep a traditional manufacturing process. Once the key ingredients have been carefully selected, they are infused and macerated. Such process was developed according to the characteristics of the herbs and plants used, as well as to the final product we aim at obtaining. The infusion is then decanted in barrels or stainless steel kegs, and strained in order to remove any impurities.
